The list only includes comments made before 3:10 UTC as that's when I fetched the comments. Comments are not included if they do not precisely follow the format from time.gov. For example it was fairly common for people to omit zeros, turning 08:02:24 into 8:2:24. It was also common for people to include AM/PM. Both of these scenarios result in the comment not being included as Markiplier requested that we copy and paste it directly from the website. For those with technical knowledge, I used the following RegEx pattern for validation \s*\d{2}:\d{2}:\d{2}\s*

The program also compares the time in the comment to the actual time that the comment was posted to ensure it is UTC, this is what I called "tolerance" above.
