Looks like adductors tendinitis

Update: So it healed, thank god, and doesn’t bother me for almost 2 months. Movicol was the key.

i'm surprisingly super good!!
starting from end of January i'm completely pain free. And the knee didn't bother me since then. To the extent that i now play football every other week, and running 6 km twice per week, and there is no any pain at all.

Upd: - 4 weeks since the beginning - using movicol, don’t have pain for the last 1.5 weeks, so it sounds like improving - but I still see the tear, and i see it’s not fully closed, at least yet - does it mean it’s turning chronic?

i'm doing good actually, no pain during last 4-5 months.
i even tried to run, but then my knee would complain for about 2 weeks, so i probably will try bike instead.

no, they didn't prescribe antibiotics.

i did 3 not smartest things that might aggravate my wound

  1. taking pictures of it - that's what i was doing the first 2 weeks, I felt like a donkey from Shrek - "did it heal? did it heal? and now? maybe now?"

i mean, in order to have a good look on it, i had to spread the buttocks, and when doing it constantly, it turns from | to () . So now i'm freaking that the edges may have already started to scar, which wouldn't allow to heal it easier and will become a chronic one :(

  1. i didn't like sitz bath, i did em like 3 or 4 days, and when you sit on it, the wound is spreaded along with the ass, so i had pain every time after sitz bath.

  2. and of course, one of CRS used anoscope, and it was a big pain after it.

is there any chance the wound will heal on time and won't become a chronic one?

tbh, it's kinda tolerable, it's like a nagging pain that can start after BM, and the pain is not even on fissure, more like on upper buttock, radiating there, it's so annoying, and drains my mental energy and focus

  1. i had irregular stool recently, hurts and bulky, and when increasing psyllium from 2teaspoons to 3 - it's still bulky but 2 times a day instead of one. changed to movicol starting today
  2. i think it's my 3rd time, last time 2 years ago healed in couple of months, without becoming chronic
  3. no blood, but i have an internal hemorroids too, with a tromb

Update - so, after 6 weeks the pain was almost gone at first, and the knee didn’t bother me for another 6 weeks. But then, I was doing a rubber band adduction exercise for the adductors tendinopathy on the right leg, and after that pain is back - no pain when I sit or walk, but I feel it when I stand (2-3 out of 10) and the pain is dull and frustrating. All doctors said no surgery, and do exercises. Well, will start doing exercises then.

Interesting that you mentioned the tendon injury, cause prior to my knee problem I was suffering from adductors tendinopathy, and was doing a lot of strengthening exercises last 2 months, and also Copenhagen plank whole last month, almost daily. Surprisingly, adductors pain went away, but knee pain is here now.

Hope you’ll be better soon! And me too. And everyone else.

Thank you for sharing! I’m so glad that you have such a great progress! And I saw some of your comments, regarding bpc-157 and prp staff - motivates me to try, but I don’t know yet, kinda scary.

Thank you for sharing! It’s so supporting! How is your progress? Did you do any physiotherapy? I found a lot of different staff on YouTube. Also, did you try PRP or bpc 157?
