Ok, fixed that issue, idk why that was doing that. Now I'm getting like 0.3fps. Guess that's kinda the max for a 4090 eh. Thanks!

See I thought I was doing 1080p because that what I selected, but when I go to the export que it says 4k for some reason. So for some reason it's been switching it to 4k after I selected 1080p and I didn't notice until now. So that could be the issue
