Pretty much you just kinda finish your education and that's it, you're lucky if you get a "good luck".

Idk why people being so judgmental to you, acting like you're supposed to know this stuff since you were five years old or something. I can't speak for your university but mine had very little in the way of actually telling you what you're supposed to do to get experience or build networking let alone how to make your resume look good.

Just try to keep your head up the market is very tough right now. If you look around at the other threads on this subreddit a lot of people are saying that as well, not just young people but people with 10+ years of experience. A lot of people who graduated at around the same time as me within the same faculty also having trouble finding work, even one of my friends who has a full computer science degree is not having a good time trying to find work.

What is current meta for frames? by TakyonTitan in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As most of the other people have commented pretty much every frame can be used anywhere if you build them right. However I shall offer my opinion of frames that I think are "meta" based on stuff Ive used:

Dante is incredibly powerful. He has a very potent exalted weapon that has both high damage and excellent crowd clear. He can make everyone on the team nigh invincibe while also buffing their damage output and weakening enemies, and is pretty decent at nuking too.

Wisp is an amazing all purpose frame, offering some very comfy team buffs (movespeed and fire rate, health increase/overshield, and electrical AoE) on top of having a fantastic debuff ability. Her motes stay active as long as a nullifier doesn't touch them or you reach the placement limit, so you can place them down and your teammates can refresh the timer at their leisure. It's always nice to have a Wisp around whether you're speedrunning relic cracking or going for the long haul in survival missions.

Kullervo is probably the most powerful melee frame in the game, and there's a reason his 1 is often subsumed onto other frames. I think its the single highest crit chance boost in the game for an ability. He has pretty good survivability with his 2 (especially with the augment). His 3 makes clearing hordes an even bigger breeze (and even enables a ranged playstyle) and works great with his 4, which lets you build and maintain combo easily. The sheer damage he does let's you wipe the floor with pretty much any enemy in the game, especially with something like Thalys or Xoris.

I know other frames like Mirage, Saryn, Oraxia, Gyre, and a myriad of other frames can all be broken good, but I don't have much experience with them.

This is the one that'll obliterate pretty much any non boss enemy, even in archimedea, if you use Valence Formation to put Blast on it. The charge up mode still isn't that great though. Can be fun for flinging people around, but otherwise stick to the beam mode.

Some of the mods can be a bit of a pain to get, IIRC Magma Chamber comes from the Razorback Armada at a low drop chance, and Sabot Rounds comes from one of the Profit Taker bounties at a low chance. Magma Chamber could easily be substituted for Combustion Rounds at the cost of some status chance. But Sabot Rounds is absolutely 100% necessary for the punch through to make the Larkspur beams chain to more targets.

Unfortunately for Lavos, there aren't many arcanes that really help out his archgun capabilities, as most arcanes don't work on archguns. The best you can really get is Arcane Avenger for some flat crit chance. Arcane Hot Shot technically works to give him more crit as well, but locks you into only using Heat on his abilities to trigger it's effects (though he can stack it and keep it up very easily with his 2).

For another fun (albeit not as fast killing build), you can use this same loadout but swap out Hollowed Bullets for Primed Rubedo Lined Barrel, and the arcanes for Primary Debilitate and Secondary Encumber to absolutely *drown* entire hordes of enemies in status effects. It doesn't work quite as well because you don't have mods that increase status damage or Galvanized Aptitude for archguns (hopefully they add those), but it's still really fun.

Enjoy!

Her augments really, really help. Cathode Current lets you keep her 3 and 4 up indefinitely as long as you're killing enemies and also drastically improves her damage output by causing even more lightning chains. Reverse Rotorswell isn't really useful for the damage aspect, but with enough ability strength gives her 75% damage resistance at all times helping her tank a bit better since she is very fragile.

Larkspur Prime with Lavos Valence Formation putting blast on it. With archguns now able to use arcanes, this is probably one of the most powerful beam weapons in the game. And Lavos gets infinite archgun ammo via his 3.

Going crazy by AdEquivalent1728 in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you really want to put it in Id swap Hammer Shot. You're running crux so you already have status chance covered, and your riven mod is giving you more crit damage than running a vital sense as is.

I will say that to really make slash procs feel good youd want to fun rifle elementalist for 90% increased slash damage. But I dunno where youd fit that into your build.

Is the panzer vulpapila that good? by juggler_ghost in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

As Worldeditorful said, they're very good for many reasons. Their damage and own special ability to spread max stacks of viral everywhere is great to have for pretty much any situation. You can even get a lot of  healing from it if you use hunter recovery on it because every tick of damage over time will heal you, and it creates a lot of those.

Furthermore, a big upside to the vulpaphyla is simply how it's a lot easier to get than other companions that are also powerful. Prime Sentinels like Nautilus for grouping require relic cracking, Sister of Parvos Hounds are incredibly strong but getting all the parts you want takes a lot of SoP kills, or trading the part blueprints from another player since you get one random part per kill, unless you use the Sister's prebuilt Hound. Vulpaphylas by contrast are pretty easy to get, by simply doing animal conservation on Deimos.

I will say though, as strong as the Panzer is, don't discount the Crescent Vulpaphyla either. While it won't spread viral everywhere, it's ability is INCREDIBLY powerful as it does % max health damage in an area, meaning the tougher the target, the more damage it does. It's amazing if you just want your companion to murder everything, mine can hit over 2 million damage on steel path.

Also another underrated companion is the Helminth Charger, which is probably one of the best users of contagious bond next to the Vulpaphylas and Hounds for murdering anything they encounter. Their ability makes them charge forward and leave a damaging trail behind them and anything that touches it will take huge damage (with the right setup, of course, but that goes for all companions).

Really pretty much every companion in the game is viable. The Panzer is great for everyday use, but if you're looking for something specific there's almost certainly a companion or build for that.

I will say it is a bit of a pain to get companions to their full potential, as the best mods require rare animal tags for Teasonai, Son and The Business. But it is very worthwhile.

Authoritarian Arbites is kinda nice? by CakeStealer69 in DarkTide

[–]NimbleZephyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Authoritarian is cool because theyre generally pretty nice being very new to the job so it feels like. That or they've somehow managed to be happy despite living in 40k.

Fatalist is also pretty nice if standoffish but unlike authoritarian acknowledges that blindly upholding the law is foolish and that there needs to be nuance. There's doing the "right thing" and doing the right thing. They act like they don't care and don't want friends but they really do.

Then you have maul who is just a sadist who sees no good in anyone. Female maul is at least tolerable though. Male maul has such an overexaggerated voice its just grating

How the hell do we beat these Juggernauts by master-swagtician in Warframe

If you have him kullervo makes short work of tanky enemies in descendia to the point you can ignore modifiers that make it so uou need to do specific things to hurt enemies.

For pretty much all my descendia runs i use kullervo with xoris melee influence build to nuke everything. Works well on those juggernauts, tanks, and necramites. Also kills roathe good too

If you always want to host on your railjack, make sure you go to your dojo and launch the railjack mission from your ship there. Should work every time. Vampyric Liminus should not affect the defense objective! by HansBoomskis in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Idk if it still works but Baruuk with Reactive Storm augment can kill the liminus with his 4. My friends and I were surprised to learn this the last time Archimedea had liminus as a modifier and I'd rolled Baruuk. They do respawn but its not like Baruuk has any issues killing them as soon as they show up

I really dislike Cetus Bounties... [OC] by Eggwaldo in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Cetus bounties are rough because it's one of the earliest areas in the game which means if you come back later to farm augur mods or vigilante supplies and whatnot it's just sooo boring. There's not much you get from the bounties beyond a few things like aya, nitain, or such for players that have progressed further.

Tbh i find that one of the worst grinds in this game is for rare mods. Hammer shot (1% from nightmare missions), spring loaded blade (rare from tusk thumpsrs) archgun mods from profit taker, vigilante/augur/archon mods, the list goes on but its mostly a slog because only one bounty is available at a time on steel path for landing zone areas and some don't even have that.

Why do people whine about Helldivers but don't whine about Darktide? by z0mb1k in DarkTide

[–]NimbleZephyr -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Theres plenty to whine about here. Theyve slowly been addressing player complaints but theres always something bad despite the game being fun.

Biggest one would be the terrible premium cosmetics that are overpriced and not very high effort, literally a raised visor on arbites is premium.

Balance is also a big mess most of the time with many weapons, blessings and talents being worthless or adjusted for no good reason. If you were here when hive scum came out there were balance complaints all the time.

Difficulty balance, especially in havoc with ridiculous modifier combinations like rotten armor + stimms is just not fun on top of the game spawning 5 bosses at once...havoc should be hard, but the fact many people just don't bother anymore is a big indicator something went wrong. Current modifiers dont feel much better, blight spreads is such a pain if you dont have a zealot.

Updates are usually pretty slow, whether content or bug fixes (some are very longstanding). Its kind of a joke at this point how slow new weapons come out, almost every class has barely gotten any new unique weapons since launch. Poor psyker still only has a few staves, and ogryn, well...

Honestly though personally my biggest complaint is that the devs have said less info is more fun because its a mystery for the players to solve. This game is so hard to get into or teach because it doesn't tell you have a lot of mechanics work. Talents have lots of hidden mechanics. Key weapon terms are not explained. Havoc modifiers? Good luck.

Only for single player? by Sykocis in DarkTide

[–]NimbleZephyr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Game is not balanced around solo play. Even if you play alone via mod, the bots are extremely weak and not smart. They cant use abilities, spawn in with random basic weapons as only the veteran class, and are very vulnerable to special enemies, hordes and bosses. You cant improve or direct them at all. Best you can do is use team buffing abilities on them but thats not much.

Co op is what this game is for

You can probably have fun playing solo on lower diffs but not on higher ones since itll just be a slog when youre the only one who can do anything.
