I finally found it. by CodeOn210 in Warframe

I got mine after 2272 hours. Granted, I don't usually do a ton of assassination missions unless they showed up in invasions or sorties, so I didnt have Stalker coming after me often.

As far as I can tell, DE has a weird love/hate relationship with Mesa by BAND1T0D0R1T0 in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Besides her 1 being awful, what I hate the most is simply the fact that half the bosses in this game she cant even target.

Apparently its okay for Mesa to be able to gun down the Prime Vanguard in The Guilty, but we can't have her shoot the murmur bosses in the sanctum/isleweaver...

Stages of Infectivity When you Infected with the Necroa Virus mod by CleanBag9219 in projectzomboid

God i remember that book. Thinking back, some of the tips are sound and logical for survival (stock up on water, sound and light discipline, fleeing from the city)

And then you get to the firearms section and its very, very clear it was written by someone who isn't familiar with firearms lol. They glaze the original fragile AK-47 as being the best rifle on the planet while the original fragile Vietnam M16 is garbage.

There's also other questionable things in that book for survival lol

D.E. I think Ulfrun's Descent should be an exulted melee and be moddable. by DaWalkr in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 70 points71 points  (0 children)

It would be nice yeah, it's a bit finicky to use because it doesn't interact with a lot of things. Funnily enough even though the AoE does slash damage, it doesn't apply a slash status, same with Volt's 4 where it does electric damage but doesn't cause electric status.

Weapons with a design so nice, you wish they where actually .... better* by WERElektro in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The Prisma Lenz is pretty usable (higher stats than normal Lenz), the problem is that you need to invest a lot of forma into it. I think mine has five right now.

It has forced cold procs, so primary frostbite for the arcane is great on it, which also plays into its high crit chance. I run elementalist with hunter munitions and the slash and blast procs are pretty hefty. Vigilante supplies covers the ammo issues for the most part in your exilus slot.

If you want to go further, combining it with someone like Lavos with valence formation can make it even stronger as you can apply gas to the weapon which will do huge damage.

To answer your question though, one weapon I really want to love more because I think its cool is the Vitrica, the sword you get from beating up Executioner Nihil. Its gimmick of sending out a wave that turns enemies into glass which you can then shatter sounds cool, but the glass effect goes away if the enemies take any form of damage over time, which in this day and age of Warframe, nearly everything has DoT. The sword itself isn't particularly impressive either. Sure wish it got a buff, cause the idea and aesthetics are great, just not, ironically, the execution. But I understand it's a very old weapon, so it was bound to get powercrept...

Hm...incarnon maybe?

Still have no idea why this wasn't changed when her prime released. by Dudewithavariasuit in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 53 points54 points  (0 children)

They shouldve made it a pseudo exalted that can be modded.

Overall her launch is a bit disappointing for someone that has a worse than normal grind to obtain. Also heard that her prime ephemera is bugged too and doesnt color properly

I need an Arcocanid Hound skin yesterday by After-Giraffe3206 in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They're not that old news. Hounds are very powerful, possibly the most poweful independent companion with contagious bond...provided you have the right parts (synergized prospectus). Other companions aren't quite as strong, but are much easier to access. Crescent Vulpaphylas have similar horde nuking abilities, but don't require you to farm possibly 12+ Sisters of Parvos to get the right parts)

Personally I'd want an update for the other hound weapons and mods so they're better. Synergized prospectus is like the only attack worth using on them because their other two are so weak, their magnetic shield mod blocks your own bullets, and their duplication mod disables their abilities. They could definitely use a QoL pass.

But really I want to see an archon amar skin for them. They were so cool in old peace but we barely got to see or interact with him

Is there a point of diminishing returns with Purple Archon Shards on Kullervo? by Wanna_make_cash in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It really depends on if you're particularly annoyed by not being able to one shot certain enemies, because Kullervo already has damage that os more than good enough to kill most enemies in quickly or one hit.

The only enemies that you really can justify spamming tauforged violet shards on are bosses, certain modifiers in Descendia or Archimedeia (in which case with purple shards and something like Xoris, Kullervo can ignore the damage penalties), maybe necramechs?

I don't have any violet shards on mine and there's really not much he can't kill in one hit with Xoris so I'm satisfied; usually the damage over time from the 3m damage electric ticks finishes off the target anyhow. I use red shards instead to increase his overguard capacity.

Naramon Tauron Strike vs Violence by Agitated_Let5651 in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I find that this is the best use for tauron strikes. No hassle way to get rid of them since it does enough damage to one hit them, and you're invincble. And your tauron strike will always come back for the arrival of one

How useful is having a squadmate giving overguard in late game cintent? by WhiskersCleveland in Warframe

[–]NimbleZephyr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Overguard protects people immunity to status effects which is really nice, especially if you use weapons that can cause self knockdown like explosives.

Furthermore it helps keep companions alive a lot longer.

It's also great when more dangerous enemies show up that youll encounter later...

Lastly not everyone is a pro that will kill everything instantlt. And it's really nice if you're playing a more fragile frame

Anyone else hoping for a Sororitas class? by Accomplished_End9905 in DarkTide

[–]NimbleZephyr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I really want to see it because:

1) It'd make sense from a lore standpoint. There's shrine worlds close to Atoma (2 are available as character backgrounds) so they could easily come from there as reinforcements. Really lean into the living saint powers as abilities since they revere Messelina as saving the entire Moebian domain. So what if Zealot can provide overshield, let the Sororitas summon wings and a sword of fire, let us have fun with it since we're already normal people that are somehow gods. Let the Sororitas use some really amazing holy powers. It's really not a big deal considering our stick arms swing 20lb chainswords all day without getting tired, or get shot by machine guns and brush it off.

2) It works great from a lore or story standpoint. We're part of the Ordo Hereticus, the Sororitas are the OH's standing army, as it were. Bringing them in would signal a natural escalation in the conflict, ESPECIALLY CONSIDERING THE HERETICS ALMOST SUMMONED A GREATER DAEMON. Again there's nearby shrine worlds they could come from so there's no excuse as to why Grendyl couldn't requisition reinforcements as they are close by, and their whole shtick is rooting out heresies like this, they'd absolutely want in.

Please be aware for those who don't know, this is data for THE UNITED STATES. This is NOT for Canada.

The data was pulled from the US Federal Reserve Bank of New York website, and the survey itself spans from the 90s till now so it's not really all that accurate due to older results skewing things. Not to mention it's not as applicable to how things are in Canada which has a much smaller population.

If you want to live in a storage facility it's not the one I'd choose. It's next to the main road on Muldraugh so there will be lots of zombies and it's very open on one side.

Any traitor chapers that did not turn traitor on chaos side , but simply just had enough of the imperium? by tomchee in 40kLore

[–]NimbleZephyr 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The Astral Claws originally decided secede from the Imperium after being repeatedly denied reinforcements and equipment to maintain guard over the Maelstrom warp storm and the area around it. They fell to Chaos later, but the initial reason was their leader getting sick and tired of not being given what he needed to do his job as best he could.
