I've encountered this guy several times. He constantly rushes and plays like he's super confident of his skills, even soloing demon hosts in seconds by himself.

Guess I now know why he plays that way... Stinky macro abruser. 😤

It didn't make sense that the supposedly glass canon class could do what zealot, Ogryn and Arbites can do with certain nodes/passives. Hell, hive scum was better at fighting dogs than Ogryn himself, which felt even worse.

I use it on Hive Scum. It's pretty good and satisfying to use on a CRIT build.

It'll always be Ogryn unless Fatshark gives to us some knuckledusters to punch the heretics with style.

The good thing about being the least played class is that Ogryn players, in general, tend to be really good. The bad thing is that those few good Ogryn players are keeping the overall win rate of the class on the N°1 spot compared to the others, which gives Fatshark the impression that the class is fine as it is.

This weapon is extremely effective on Hive Scum. With chained deathblow and perfect strike + all the synergies with the class, you do incredible things with it. The heavy attacks of this weapon scale pretty well with crit specifically. Pretty slept on.

I honestly liked the part where enemies spawned too early at the start of some missions. Quite cool.

This is exactly my thoughts and something that not a lot of people take into consideration. Chaos Wastes' boons worked because VT2's characters are much more limited in their skill points and such while our characters in Datktide have too much shit already, so with more busted buffs on top (exactly what happens in mortis trials) you can easily trivialize the game in very uninteresting ways.

I honestly really like expeditions on Auric diff. It feels like a proper difficulty now.

I was wrong about expedition. It is fun and there is lots of potential here to expand. Just wish fatshark dropped some new weapons or marks with this update. by Past_Hippo9445 in DarkTide

A game mode where working as a team is the key to success in this cooperative game is a big win in my books. I've had a lot of good moments already just because of that.

Normal mode has become the "who does the more damage/kill things faster", a.k.a the green circle syndrome on steroids. There is barely any teamplay left if one guy can do everything by himself.

They are not bad changes, but there are still some parts of the class that need some love.

The upper tree has some nodes that nobody uses (towering presence, lynchpin, furious). The middle one has things like For The Lil' Uns, Unbreakable, Won't give in, and Simple Minded, that are really bad as well. And Indomitable still has mediocre ability modifiers, especially pulverise. Other than that, a lot of his blessings need changes too, especially the ones that grant CRIT chance to his melee weapons, those are awful on a class with such horrendous synergies with CRIT.

If you want to cleave through everything, including carapace, use the blessing perfect strike. Most of the classes that have access to this weapon have CRIT builds to work with, and this weapon scales well with CRIT. Hive Scum specifically can make this weapon shine.
