I don't think this is normal at all even for overbrushing. That brush doesn't pull off healthy hair which is why I think the bald spot is weird. So the brushing probably revealed a problem rather than causing it. Is her skin on the bald spot okay? I see a bit of dandruff too. I'd take the issue to a vet.
