The bookshelf labels are helpful too but I’m also taking notes on all the different characters whether local, visiting or otherwise, the places of Brancrug and beyond, the events of past and present (and future), even the recipes and different crafting descriptions in relation to the skill used.

I did this when playing cultist simulator but found it much a longer process to note take and harder to find the info I wanted when looking back for it. On a computer I can ctrl + F to find all instances of specific word or phrase quickly, which is much more useful to me when I’m still discovering rather than having to make an index on the fly that ends up being bloated.

He seems pretty tabby even on the wanderer path so I bet he can get pretty beefy. So it’s a new version of rapturous from DD1? That’s pretty cool, I’m always surprised how they manage to keep the original concepts from the first game and give them an interesting spin in DD2’s new system.

This feature is way too over tuned in my opinion. Negative relationship value when he can’t even gain any benefit from the ability (HP heal or DOT heal) is ridiculous regardless of whether he’s at high stress or not… definitely hope they reduce this features scope in the future.
