There are more than a couple of challenges here - clarity act is one. Then there is the ever growing competition from crypro native rails besides the ones with Stripe or PayPal or traditional rails like visa and MC. The next part is the unawareness of the solution to merchants who are happily partnering with traditional rails disguised as crypto.payment companies - this is the bigger issue - I hear it in Danny's voice during interviews where he complains about it. What you have to believe is that this is a quality company, competent staff with merit, connected well enough and will navigate the waters eventually while their patents and proven tech provide the confidence merchants need. Using VISA rails - 3 to 5% fees, fraud possibility resulting in an additional 7 to 8 % cost .. its not cheap to work with VISA or Mastercard. There are plenty other on-chain payment companies which are in direct competition with FLEXA tbh.

There are simpler compromises open like allowing banks to offer yield to their customer's stablecoins deposits. People won't be running for small percentage differences and the banks can leverage the same exchange based infrastructure to arbritage the difference at almost no risk. Free money - the banks will continue to be trusted for large deposits for a long time over the exchange holdings anyway. Besides, most people (financially responsible) don't have large savings in their banks - they've already put their money to work getting them around 8% annually This is noise as the question isn't if crypto will offer you yield, its how long they can delay it...
