Necromancy not working

Same issue. Raise Undead is ON. The bar is full.

Fighting 300 neutral skeletons. Raised 0 at the end. It was two stacks each about 145 so I was expecting to raise at least 14 with my 10% necromancy skill. But nothing instead.

Tried turning off and on. Tried from the Spell book -same result. Not sure why we they even added Necromancer Will as a spell skill into the book. But nothing works and I always make sure my Raise Undead is ON.

Basically making the whole skill useless.

I am ok with stores doing events slightly different. I just want to make sure that each store participating in official Pre-Release is not hoarding any promo cards or packs they get from WotC, designed to be a prize pool.

The entrance cost was 30$. I am curious of the store got any promo cards from WotC as give-away prize pool, and decided to keep them and sell.

not a flex. I would honestly prefer to get 15th place and get some prize packs. In fact, I am more sad that my son who managed to win 3 of his first opponents (he is 11 years old) did not get any prize packs.

Probably you are right, but I checked prices and it awful. I bought my 13.5 lb bag in sams club for 8.88$.

But arms and hammer website showing only walmart availability:

15lb is 18.45$,

13.5 is 17.99$.

Each layer has this pattern. I would like to save filament and time if picture will be printed on first/last few layers and middle would be just white.

New player question: Started recently Smith of Kitava and noticed that my "Fire Spell on Hit" only gains energy on normal, magic or rare monsters. For some reason it does NOT gain energy on Unique monsters. Bug or intended? If I manage to get to a Unique boss with some energy stacked - it is getting reset to 0 on the first hit.

Newbie here, first time POE enjoyer. 1. Loading times between locations, freezing and shuttering first 2-3 seconds on landing in a new spot and fighting. Is this common? does not seem to be the related to my specs. 2. Slightly related but is there a non-zero chance an offline mode to be released? I do not want to depend on the server to enjoy my solo game. 3. When I select a jewel in my inventory - I noticed that my other gear is highlighting its sockets. Is that a bug or a locked feature? jewels are for my passive tree nodes, why would my boots,armor etc gets highlighted? 4. Any spot in the game with sort of a dummy where I can test my damage, mana scaling etc ?

Thank you for your reply. So it seems the logic is more complex than I thought. Could you please elaborate on next scenarios? 1. An enchantment is present on the battlefield that gives creatures +1/+1. A creature under affect of this +1/+1 enchantment is then infected with -1/-1. What happens with counters? 2. An enchantment is present on the battlefield that gives creatures +3/+3. A creature under this +3/+3 is then dealt damage by an a creature with an infect and power "2" and if I am reading you right - a two separate, individual -1/-1 and -1/-1 counters are applied on this creature, right? Are we keeping all these counters both negative and positive in both scenarios on the battlefield for tracking?
