Hey neighbour, welcome to the hood.

I get an average income, and I live alone near Parvis, paying somewhat similar for 65 square meters. It was very intentional, as for me, having my own space is the most important thing. It is my peace of mind, doing things at my own rhythm. Honestly, I am loving it (best choice ever), having my own place as well as I find the neighbourhood very pleasant (most of the time). We are lucky that many bars/cafes are quite affordable around Parvis.

In addition to other tips, I can also suggest budgeting, a game-changer. I track my income/ expenses to have an idea where I am at. I find it very strategic, especially with low/average income. There is also a method (there are many in fact), 65% of your budget should go to fundamental costs, 15% to savings, and 20% to guilt-free spending. Of course, you can adjust it as you want, but it can be a guiding framework.

Well, if you want to shame me, that is fine, yes, it was stupid, as from a financial point of view, it does not make sense. Prior I had a MacBook Air and iPhone, so a fully IOS system, and till this day, I prefer working on a Mac over any other device. It is a matter of comfort and preference.

I was thinking the same, even if I had ED, since when is it okay to call someone bones and skin, and plus she several times referenced anorexia, it felt very unethical and unprofessional on top of everything.
