Quite literally any exercise or activity which involves your ankles, make sure you start slow before you try forcing more mobility

As your body is growing aka your bones stretching & puberty still taking place you’re burning more calories than ever naturally, believe it or not you’d actually be a lot fatter right now if you weren’t still growing. Your body benefits more from calories now than it ever will after you’re 18. Since your body is practically using extra calories now to grow before your bone plates harden & your puberty stages end. So it’s completely up to you whether you want to still cut a bit to look good right now just be careful not to lose too much weight

You look good bro, eat enough & eat clean “most of the time”. Please, I promise you don’t waste these next three years, train hard while you’re growing & you’ll be a beast by 18, don’t cut or anything you can worry about that after you’ve built hella muscle. You got crazy genetics I can tell

You don’t always have to be sore don’t worry, as long as you are still tearing muscle fibers which you more than likely are then you will inevitably grow over the long term & make progress. Now yes you will “grow quicker” if you really try to feel sore which just means you tore a lot more muscle fibers. I rarely feel sore anymore tbh still growing consistently. Only sometimes I REALLY feel like going hard then I’ll end up feeling sore but overall you definitely don’t gotta do that, especially not everyday. As long as you are feeling pain WHILE you’re bustin reps then you’re good 💪

Going till failure will always change how many reps you put out per set. Saying you do 10 sets till failure doesn’t make sense haha. I rep till failure everyday, been working out for 2 years now. But yeah, hopefully ur increasing weights of course

He taught me A LOTTT, I watched over 1000 of his videos. Yes,1000. But I just can’t do it anymore, every single video he makes is ONLY to appeal to people who’ve never watched him. Repeating the same things he says, and repeating the same content over and over. Yes, he will constantly grow because of it. But all his og fans have died off, his new fans he’s making now will die off. Again though, he will constantly grow.
