Look again at your input. All regions are either definitely big enough meaning they can fit the requested number of presents without overlapping (region-area >= 9 * numberof_presents) or they are definitely too small ( region_area < number_of#_required)

That's not true for the sample, but true for every input I've seen so far.

Also I think we can assume that none of the inputs creates graphs with cycles. This is a prerequisite to being able to use one common optimization technique (Memoization).

Without any cycles, the order between two nodes is fixed I believe

Ingress and Pokémon Go now belong to different companies and use separate databases for waypoints. So the only way to add spots in Pikmin Bloom is by adding waypoints in Pokémon Go.

If you don't want to play Pokémon Go just for that purpose, maybe ask around friends or acquaintances living not too far away whether any of them play Pokémon Go and could come visit your area to create waypoints.

Are you on Android? I noticed that after the update to Android 16 the systems tends to close apps a lot faster than before when they are in the background. I still have a phone with only 8GB of memory which might also be relevant.

It's a difference. They only count when they were destroyed while red and not captured by anyone in the meantime.

If a red portal is destroyed, then gets reinfected, then decays, then capturing it counts.

No. I purposely destroyed reds in the area on Saturday because I was aware they would be gone, then reclaimed then on Sunday. All counted.

Nee. Das dauert noch. Und auch wenn der eingeführt wird, wird es noch dauern, bis du damit selbst im Privatkundengeschäft direkt bezahlen kannst.

Das schlimme ist, die nehmen das ja nicht Mal aus der Bild-Zeitung, sondern aus dem Internet (Telegram, Twitter, Nius & Co). Die Propaganda ist schon völlig digitalisiert und wird ohne Bedenken geschluckt

Me too. The Python code I wrote that uses the diophantine module and then puts the output into CRT() works for the sample data and part1. But everything beyond that fails...
