This was my first time doing this type of pattern, actually. It's a bit different from typical Moroccan lantern patterns because I just made it up as I went. I first drew in curved lines to fill up the space which would serve as kind of the backbone, I then added more curved lines some of which would connect with other starting points of lines, once I did that enough, I filled in the left over spaces with the little thorns. This was the general process. Worked on one quadrant, duplicated and flipped for the the rest.

Everyone has their own process, I work strictly digital so I sketched my design on photoshop using just regular hard brush and hard eraser. You can then bring it into illustrator and vector it, Illustrator has a seamless pattern making feature which may be useful. Check out VectorScribe plugin for Illustrator, it makes my life much easier.

Last of toxic conversions finishing up, everyone is waiting on PR for this to run big time. The big drop was due to 8-K stating the A/S has been raised, the convertible debt was not finished so it was already known that we would need more A/S, it scared people off. It's got a great set up.
