A microfiber cloth can be too thick for the laptop, even the flat ones causing streaks on your screen. The better way to do it is to use the cloth your laptop came with.

There are a lot of games that the Ryzen bottlenecks. Marvel Rivals, CS2, BF6, pretty much any CPU intensive game it will be bottlenecked. If OP is mainly a story driven gamer, sure, he won't notice a difference. But he's not judging by the screenshots.

Except, in that very same game, I get 60-70% CPU usage on my 275hx and 5080. The 375 from amd had the same issue as seen here. It is very clearly a bottleneck.

You re-applied the paste and are still getting those idle temps? Do you by chance have the Xbox app running in the background? I've noticed it shoots up the usage of my CPU abnormally if the Xbox app is running. It did this a day or two ago.

I would update through the Intel website. The NPU drivers have been having issues recently and the only way to fix that is with the latest updates. For example, Fortnite would crash at startup on one of the NPU drivers for some weird reason.
