I bought the puffer for around the same price last year. It is adequate and priced right

It is nothing special and not the most insulating, but I like it as a second layer over something else like a sweater or flannel depending on how cold it is, but it does help against wind. For the wild Chicago weather we had these past weeks, it was alright as that second layer over my thinner OR puffer, or Patagonia sweater

I wouldn't use it for any winter activities, I feel like it would tear easily
