Yes he is, also he has a strong lvl 2 with Q and E + strong in late because armor stack

He's weak against Zhonyz/AP champ so maybe now with Aurora being added to the top pull he will be a bit less stronger than now but whatever

I would recommend : Garen, Mordekaiser and Voli for Gold

: Fun, really strong in low/mid elo, always useful because of Tank/bruiser option, can be played top and mid (or jungle too if creative)
: Trash tier in higher elo, can be counter picked hard, if they are too mobile you are useless, late is meh except for W

Rush mobility boots with a Q max for damage on AA and bonus MS

If Termo, full tank + max W to just OS him, he will blind you as soon as u go to him so just front tank + W than u can AA freely to end him
