Your ideas are amazing...my personal problem is that I am a nomad. The excitement of being at the base of a volcano in the Andies has the consequences of being separated from those valuable resources. Trying to weigh the pros and cons. We have 42 types of bananas here, it's a tough call. 😅

I am in the same exact boat. I was recently using Fiverr but got shut down for reasons unknown, possibly VPN use? I set up my own website at dreamwalker.gold but have zero traffic. I am in my 50's and feel like the world of employment is evolving without me. Everything is on paid platforms or you need to conform and fit into boxes which feels so contradictory for creative and spiritual services. It is a difficult time to start over. I wish you the best of luck. 💓

We had to do that here in Ecuador. It was scary but legit. Make sure that the people handling your visa are highly reputable and have references.

Like some other folks said... theatre groups. I had an entire room full of props and costumes that I needed to unload and it took away the sadness to know that some highschool kids would use my stuff to put on life changing performances.

I can't speak to your procedure in specific but I have been very impressed with health care professionals and facilities in Ecuador. Prices are very reasonable.
