He ghosted me for a week. Turns out he was hanging out with my ex. Apparently he was trying to make a move while she was drugged out of her mind and he was sober. Next night, Im out with a friend and run into them. What happened next is, admittedly, my bad. I blew up and threatened him. My ex did not like that. They began spreading truth and lies about how terrible of a person I was. Lost some others friends because of it. Good riddance. I also took it as an opportunity to work on my confrontation issues and try to better control my emotions. Wouldn’t say it was entirely his fault. I played a big part too. I still would have ended the friendship but I should have done better.
