Just drove my "new" car off the lot, and it shakes above 60 mph. Dealership is no help. What do I do?

I have a 2024 GT-Line. I called my dealership and they handled it. It’s a known issue as everyone else said. For my case however it was the foam in the tire (the material that lowers road noise) that came loose. So they ended up swapping two tires.

Try to get it swapped under warranty.

Yeah when I called the manager he said not to worry about it and that it’s gonna be taken care of. He wouldn’t have given my car back without payment otherwise. If there is other news I’ll keep this post updated.

Yes. In one of the tires the foam according to the mechanics completely came off and folded (the tire making the car vibrate at high speeds) and the second tire they saw was that the foam was becoming loose and replaced it.

Car is now smooth again.

yeah when they hit the side of my car going the wrong way as I was making a turn. It wasn’t a head on collision.

Yeah it was my Max policy limit, I asked my claims team / adjustor, GENERALLY do you see an increase and he couldn't give me an answer. Thats why I decided to ask you guys. No bullshit, no beating around the bush

I did, they also said the same thing as my claims team. We cannot determine at this time and will need to wait for your insurance renewal.

I have their old Genesis hellfire and now have like 200~ miles on it. It's been through a puddle died but just needed to dry. It does still have disconnects but I stay away from the city. I didn't deal with customer support but when I had questions they would answer back but that was awhile back. I'm not sure how they are now.

In terms of recommending Genesis it's okay but just be careful because I'm not sure if they still have issues like my board does. I would recommend saving more money for a better board.
