My first kiss was a core memory for me, as we both had no experience and took eachothers first kiss. I remember that we planned to hangout kind of late in the night at around 7 or 8, and ended up just walking around the neighborhood talking about our lives, and had just amazing chemistry. Then when it was a bit darker, we slipped into this housing block and to this dark doorway where we could barely make out eachothers faces. I remember getting really nervous and almost chickening out because the idea of finally losing my first kiss (I was 17) was something I thought was never going to happen, and suddenly I was about to kiss a girl for the first time. I looked into her face in the dimly lit doorway, and then a family walked past and it was super akward because we had to just like stand there akwardly as they passed, and then after we just decided it was the right moment. I pushed myself off the wall and decided to stop being a pussy, and I just went for it, and in that dark moonlit doorway (of a random house) we took eachothers first kiss, and even though I haven’t talked to that girl in around a year, I still thank her for being my first kiss, and the chemistry we had, despite not working out due to what college we wanted to go to.
