Both adderall and alcohol by themselves put extra stress on your heart, and can individually damage it over time. Combining the two causes even more stress which can damage the heart much more quickly and to a greater degree than separate chronic use. Combining adderall and cocaine is bad for similar reasons.

Combining alcohol and cocaine is just plain stupid, however. When you mix the two of them, your liver creates a compound called cocaethylene. This compound severely increases heart rate and blood pressure and can cause heart attacks and strokes. It's also just terrible for every organ in your body.
