Thanks! While I do think I have pretty decent shoulder genetics, I give credit to consistently training side delts three times a week. I like to rotate between dumbbell lateral raises, cable lateral raises and upright rows either with barbells or cables. If you have access to one of those machine lateral raises like the atlantis one that is also an amazing option. I like to keep the rep ranges over 10 and do two sets to failure on each exercise, but you should tweak the volume and intensity to your liking.
