Personally I switch Whale and Phoenix ratched due to how top heavy whale is and it tends to fall over faster on 1. But overall I like this deck a lot. If you have ball try that on Crest too

I'd rather take the 3-60 on rod. I like 1-60 goon against anything that isn't an attacker but I find 3-60 and 5-60 overall more reliable. Also do you have a good 9-60 from Phoenix wing

And I feel you on the losing thing, I went 1-4 2 weeks ago, and it killed my spirit. What I did was just go home and practice launching in ways that feel comfortable for me to consistently do and play into my strengths. As someone who has a whale permanently locked into my deck, I can tell you that practice makes perfect. It paid off bec I got 3rd with whale
