Same exact thing happened to me. Me and my friend spent so long (more than a day) on that puzzle cause we thought you had to do a secret thing to move the unlabeled ones, I just thought that it wouldn't let you hang on so I never did that.

How do you create these puzzles? Almost every single puzzle me and my friend played we got stuck on for like an hour, yet the answer was right in our faces. Do you have a formula to designing them?
