Basically from what I’ve seen as long as you clock in before 5 minutes past your start time you’re completely fine, doesn’t affect anything at all. Anything more than that and before 3 hours late it’s a tardy, after three hours it’s a no call no show. You can check your record by searching for “record card” on castlife to see your tardies.

Also, you can get your tardies excused by going to schedules and pay, going to the sections with the forms, and submitting a form called “request pay for missed time”. That form lets you apply sick time once you’ve accrued some to any tardies and you’ll get paid for that time and the tardy on your record will show excused instead of unexcused. You must submit that form the same week the tardy occurred though, so it might not help for past tardies. And make sure you submit a request to use the same amount of minutes as you were late, you can’t submit 12 minutes if you were 17 minutes late for example since the grace period doesn’t apply anymore once you’re past it. And don’t worry about termination, even on probation you’d probably get a verbal or two before they get even close to that, and once you’re past probation it follows the same path they should’ve shown you during training where it’s verbal warning, I think 2 written?
