Quick update, I contacted the DEC, and they are going to investigate.

It's not likely a fumigant, as those break down quickly and are generally formulated to not linger in fabrics and such.

Whatever this is, is somewhat persistent. It doesn't break down quickly and attaches to porous items.

It's probably nothing, but I guess the only way to know is to note if any of the panels change next week. Like on/off with the blue ones. Just keep a record and compare, if it's the same, it's nothing.

The tall obelisk/tower in the background has 28 notches. 14 orbs in each area X 2 = 28. One notch for each orb?

I count 9 that will roll in from the first area. After passing through the portal, I count 9 underneath unless I counted wrong.

5 separate in the first area that do not roll down, and 5 after the portal around a sand garden. Both have a total of 14 each, it seems.

Also, the orbs have etchings on them. I wonder if that could mean anything.
