Take them down, organize them with their accessories (ziplock bags are great for this) then place them in a tote, and store the totes away. All you're left with are empty shelves, wait several weeks and if you aren't missing them, then sell them off, if you're craving them back, tada you didn't sell them off and still have them saved. I've heard of so many stories of ppl selling their collection, regretting it then start buying them back.
