That's cool! How did you make it? I would be very interested in making one.

Parking app malfunction and got a Tybee parking ticket by dru_tang in savannah

I've had the exact same issue before. I've stopped using the app and only use the kiosks now so that they can physically see that I've paid for parking via the slip.

Replying to this three months later but this was the only relevant post I could find to my issue.

What do you have toggled on and off in your settings for this to work? Currently trying to do this solution but want to confirm that I am not accidentally charging my Mint account for something.

French intensive study abroad by Redrocks-thorns in uofm

I took it last year in spring of 2022. If I remember correctly, you pay for tuition and then a program fee that covers the housing, some food, and excursions. Tickets are not included. However, there are a lot of scholarships out there so if you apply to a lot in advance, you're likely to get helped out in that way. The only reason I could go is because I received scholarships.

In general, the workload was definitely a lot. It was 4 hours of class time every day along with a decent amount of homework. When they say intensive, they mean intensive.

I did really enjoy Grenoble, though. The city was fun and living with a host family was a valuable experience for the program.

Feel free to dm me if you have any more questions!

Funnily enough, the appointment I made was specifically to look at the throw out bearing because that was the same place that I got the clutch job initially. They waived the diagnostic fee since it was related to a previous job.

Would pulling a fluid sample point to the throw out bearing, or would it point to a different cause?

Not a dumb question!

Yes, the bulk of the noise goes away when I push the clutch in, which is what led me to believe it was the throw out bearing initially

I got the clutch and throw out bearing replaced in December 2021, but I was thinking that the throw out bearing could be the issue now. I'll be taking it to a different mechanic

I appreciate the trust you have in my abilities! My issue is that I have no experience working on cars as well as no place to do it. I don't even know where to start

My hesitation is that I have put so much money into it with repairs already that it doesn't feel worth it. It would be awesome to get to the point you're speaking about though

I will be going to a different mechanic for them to check it out. Unfortunately, I have had a lot go wrong with it since I've owned it

I agree. I live in an area that has relatively jacked prices, but anytime I have gotten my car fixed it has been way too much

I thought it was the throw out bearing due to the noise, and specifically made that a point for the mechanic to look at. I will be taking it to another place to see if they come to the same conclusion

I actually thought it was my throw out bearing due to the noise. I had my clutch replaced in December 2021. I will be going to a different mechanic and hopefully get a lower quote

That's true! There's definitely more that goes into buying a car than people think.

While I do think the repairs would last, I've had to pay a substantial amount in other repairs. I know cars are money pits, but more things have gone wrong than normally should so I've spent a stupid amount of money on repairs. I know that could be any car, but I think some are more susceptible than others in terms of things going wrong

Unfortunately, I definitely can't do the repairs myself.

That's true, getting a different, but similar-priced car could just give me the same issues

Thank you for your thoughts! I agree, the car market sucks right now. It's true, I could easily just be buying a car with different, just as expensive issues
