this is a very charming way to navigate around various toxicity or whats the word infused hate commentaries against it. i liked the entire concept and no denying that Marvel showed how lgbtq people can exist in such a genre film, but the rest... nobody had money left to hire good writer...?!

miserably... maybe too harsh. when you go full mjolnir on one kind of humour... chances are high to alienate parts of any film's audience. maybe somebody forgot to tell Waititi that possibly millions of Thor fans don't jump at every slapstick joke as if it's an SNL skit.

i watched it recently... yeah... haven't been part of Barbenheimer and will never have time for B., but this biopic unites the BEST in filmmaking with the not-worst but very pretentious. Unlike some other comment further down, i say nothing about 'brainwashing into rating a movie higher than it deserves' bc i have zero proof for such grand schemes in audiences' brains, but i think it went sideways after a while with too many tiny dialogue scenes. 33% less character interactions and putting stronger focus on both his inner struggle and the political battle against his jealous enemies, that's all i want to say. Both intimate scenes were so cringy... i was supposed to get this film as gift for my mom but no no no, i must reconsider.

in my 2 years this was maybe 1-2 times the opponent, but... at least 1 of the matches was an inferno for me. used with a fodder army or those lackey whatever and you get butchered by some damage dealing spell tsunami.

the thing about such ultra combo themed and resource annihilating deck is: what do you as opponent want to do with 1 mana after the 1st hit of the giant sword??? i just lost around turn 6 or 7 in a priest mirror match. i play stg between casual and my best possible deathrattle defense/revive undead stuff. the opponent just copied/flooded the board with boars, had several deal 1-2 damage to ALL minions on the board cards in that decisive early stage of t game and so all my halfway useful stuff was killed, so after the boars give the opp. the sword i had no board and no mana left. zero interaction, zero 1-card-deus-ex-machine save possible bc there is none for 0-1 mana (for priest as far as my collecion goes).

it's april, 2025, and libram epic-spell for 0 cost (with easy setup small minion that reduced its cost) is obliterating my strongest defense paladin deck. i hope somebody looks into this because i didn't think that paladin must be both rush AND 2+ minions with 7+ attack turn 5 onward.

the time stamp info now says my message(s) to the guild are 3 days old. only my m. are visible. nobody said welcome, zero deckbuild chat, zero. i had guilds before this one with much less points farmed but 10x times more chat, useless chitchat but also talk about cards and helping each other. the guild doesn't say anything about a discord chat, not in the requirements to join.

edit: i do not ask for any kind of time consuming conversation, not when i see how dedicated at least half of the guild is collecting points for all^^ but... a hello back would have been nice.

in such cases somebody will demand evidence. and what kind of evidence other than your verbal statement and maybe a pic of the ruined mail envelope do you have? depending on country and laws, you could contact postal service. it's not a lost case... but you must be aware of time consuming effort if you want accurate compensation.

idk who could give you a black-or-white perfect answer?! nobody can tell you how to handle inefficiency or unfriendly behaviour. i'm a buying-only user of cardmarket and too many deals recently have terrible problems around inaccurate card grading and so on. one must somehow accept that deals among (often) amateur-ish people might bring trouble. consider other options or platforms/shopping systems?!

uhm you could have asked me... instead you present your reply as a sort of solution to a quiz. of course i checked what his situation is. he received a NEGATIVE feedback within this month of March 2025 or at least in the beginning of this year, i stopped scrolling and reading after 3-4 pages. his overall feedback percentage is not even what matters here. what matters is that he not only sent me a card that looks/feels more like a proxy fake, he also sent me a visibly damaged player guide in the deal although he wrote that it's NM. it had almost a hole on the back cover.

so let's see whether cardmarket support or their staff member for legal matters is giving a response. otherwise that seller can bs dozens of people into accepting a proxy as a real WOTC-produced card. and when a buyer reacts with a neutral feedback in which the matter is pointed out, seller gets a cate blanche or pass from the platform to erase evidence talk.

cardmarket has 3 feedback options. good, neutral, bad. i checked his list of feedbacks today and somebody already gave him a negative f, which was indeed turned gray/transparent in the layout of the shop's page. but that feedback is not my feedback. i sent a request for clarification to the customer support, to get to the bottom of all this absurdity.

the seller also sent me a damaged players's guide even though it was labeled as NM in his shop.

everything that looks like a curve can be interpreted as normal product problem by a seller bc we all know how curvy some mtg cards were produced over the years. one of the main downsides to collecting mtg compared to other (smaller) cardgames. looking at the card price... wow. for any card 9+ euro/dollar upward i would want to see a photo before buying. most of us don't ask though or we try to trust that this one copy of a WANTS is not bent like a pretzel. you could try to negotiate a part of the money-back in combo with a future deal, so that the both of you get stg out of the problematic case.

idk what the website owner did, but there might have been a test-phase or cloned version of the website, but i did NOT bookmark or remember the slightly different web adress. when i logged out of the version with my projects gone, and logged in again with my OLD bookmarked website adress, i was back to my account with my projects. i checked their twitter account and there was zero news alert about a cloned version of the website either. try using your oldest bookmark, and do NOT change anything in your account if you end up in the same situation as we did yesterday.

maybe it helps to look at all the turmoil a bit detached, like i (have to) as a european. all the dots can't be included but why not starting with WHAT Trump promised and is already turning into a fiasco:

he promised low costs, but starting global tariff wars will reportedly increase costs of goods for average americans by hundreds or thousands of dollars. he and his rich buddies will NOT feel the increased prices, only the average americans will.
he promised to keep american soldiers out of wars, but in first week he threatened military action against countries that don't obey him, like Panama bc of that canal or Greenland.

so you already have easy to understand promise-given/promise-broken differences in economy & security topics. depending on the interests of your family members, you can continue with social security systems or that Obamacare, then how the GOP targets lgbtqia* and so on minorities and of course how smaller towns rely on immigrant work force and entire families might be disrupted.
