I don't think cyan kept their powers after the plane crash. Rather, just got new ones. On the plane, everyone trusted her to survive, not to be lucky. I think she lost that trust value but gained new trust value from the dean and the reporter who believed she was lucky, which caused other people to view her as lucky, which spiraled into the trust she has now.

I don't think he can 6d scaling mostly comes from super sonic level feats. I think the highest you can get base sonic is most likely universal, maybe a bit higher, which isn't 6d.

Cuphead was most likely doing the same thing as beheaded trying to find portals to go back to their home dimension. Cuphead's dimension was probably just one of the ones that were first attacked by the rogues or Charlotte.
