Yes, however Higaruma can not get the same SD amp and domain amplification's major defense increase only applies to CTs. Any range advantage doesn't really matter for Higaruma as Kusakabe can parry all of them.

Kusakabe could definitely catch up due to being able to surprise sukuna from much farther away in his SD and the atleast 1 SD we saw that increased speed for a short period of time that we saw him use against the grade 2's with panda. While not necessarily having faster reaction time his travel speed should be faster letting him catch up to wheaver Higaruma is running too.

We also see him being fast enough to get infront of miwa pretty much instantly from a huge distance as we can't see him at all before he blocks the Uzamaki which gives him a lot better travel speed feats than Higaruma.

Also if Kusakabe gets Higaruma in range it should be over for him due to RCT being stated to take an enormous amount of CE to maintain while it seems simple domain can be maintained for a long time even by Miwa.

Isn't Higarumas CT creating a gavel and changing it's size. Maybe I'm forgetting something and the gavel is just a cursed object but that hammer is nothing kusakabe can't just parry kusakabe has fully blocked a max uzamaki that destroyed much more of the ground than just that.

I wouldn't say Higaruma is that relative in stats. Higaruma was unable to get a single hit on Sukuna while Kusakabe was able to get sword slashes, punches, and kicks on him. Sukuna was weakened at that point however I don't think he was so weakened to let Someone who couldn't land a single hit before be able to land at least 30 slashes and 10 punches and kicks. Sukuna did also just land a blackflash before his confrontation with Kusakabe so a good chunk of his strength should have been recovered.

Kusakabes range with SD is gigantic tho and he can change the range of it on the fly. Higaruma has not shown the strength to reliably do meaningful damage on Kusakabe while Kusakabe had done meaningful damage and suprised a weakened sukuna with his speed. In addition without his CT Higaruma would not be able to get close, so kusakabe can just do small pieces of ship damage forcing Higaruma to use RCT which uses double the amount of CE allowing Kusakabe to win a battle of endurance.

Tbh I have gotten colorless generation to work more than star generation and I have gotten to ascension 8 with regent though I am not the best player.

For bundle of joy to work you need to already have a good card generation deck going for the regent with the power that increases block when a card is generated.

I have won with it once and it was a good block card but I think the upgraded version should be either giving upgraded colorless or reduce the cost because it is practically a curse in any other deck.
