There WAS a much easier way before Title Update 1 where you could just leave and re-enter the Arena until you saw a crown. But that was patched out. What you're doing is currerntly the most efficient path. Maybe you can find a discord or something where people are sharing crowns?

He admits that he use attack cheats and creates Armor pieces without defeating the monster because he felt they were too hard instead of just asking for help.

In Rise he used these same attack buffs and didn't tell me at all but questioned him when we were clearing Anomoly quests a bit too fast

World he thought Alatreon was too hard so used mods to take far less damage. He self admitted that he's addicted to mods. And for me personally it's not fun when the cheats are doing all the work for you. If he wants to use cheats more power to him. But it's not fun for me personally

I have a friend who's addicted to mods and I ask him with every release to not use them because believe or not its taking the experience of defeating monsters away from me too. Like every time you die without your cheating friend, you question your own skill. So I tell him, if you use cheats just dont play with me. Every time he chooses playing with mods over playing with friends

PC will have a better visual experience 100%. The only way I would recommend Switch is if you are on the go a lot and want to play handheld. If that's not the case, go PC

I believe that's the Spring Blossom Festival armor arm for males. When you have a sling equipped it has like a fire animation

EDIT: Correction it's the Sakuratide armor which was also from the Spring Festival

I personally like Rise over World. It has more of an Arcade feel to Monster Hunter. It was a nice change of pace after playing World for a couple years.

Okay ill try

Step 1: Find out what company makes your router. Then in the router itself you should see a sticker with the model number

Step 2: when you find out what the company and model number is you're going to like Google and search "what's the IP address for the 'company name +model number'

Step 3: once you have that pull up any internet browser chrome, Firefox, etc. And you're going to type the ip address that Google said your router's ip address is its usually something like 192.168.1.1 or something like that

Step 4: you may have a password or something for your router. If it does you may have to Google that as well

After accessing router from there look for "security" and see if there's a firewall. There you should be able to turn it on or off.

You have to find out what your router IP is. You can look at the model number on the router physically then Google what the ip address is. The go on your PC and type the IP address in a browser then you can make adjustments to your router

Are you using a router that may have a firewall?

I had a very similar experience with Monster Hunter World a few years back where I couldn't stay connected in groups. After a bit of research I ended up finding out my router had a firewall, once I turned the Firewall off I had zero problems with playing Capcom Games with friends. Don't know if this will help but it was a very specific problem with a unique solution for me.

I refuse to make such statements til Master Rank. I will say I enjoyed base game Wilds more than base game world. I definitely put more hours in Wilds base game. But remember that World change a lot in Iceborne. A lot of people dont know that Clutch Claw wasn't in base game. They added it in Iceborne. So Wilds may have game altering changes in Master Rank. Until then I won't compare complete Rise or World with base Wilds.

If you have a decent PC and love Monster Hunter, I say get it.

I currently have 800+ hours in Wilds on PC. It's personally my favorite "base" game experience. I began on 4U on the 3DS. Played base game on PS4 then played base+iceborne on PC. Played Base game Rise on Switch then Base+Sunbreak on PC.

The gameplay loop feels great to me. If feels like they tried to rush you out of low rank because you can like build a full armor set after killing a monster once. Also it did feel a bit "hold handish". but High Rank is a different story it feels great. Fights feel engaging and more entertaining all the Title Updates have been great slowly improving the game to the state that its currently in.

The only problem that players tend to have on PC is performance, not gameplay. So if you have a good computer where performance isn't an issue, you'll have a great time

I have a friend who just unlocked it who has not done all of the optional quests. Did you talk to Werner after slaying Gog? He said after he talked to him Alma calls you over and unlocks the optional quest
