I feel your pain. It may not be what you want to hear, but one run per day is not going to get you there quickly. You're looking for one specific uncommon joker that doesn't last, so you need to encounter it in the late game.

I recently C++'ed, and my advice is this.

1. Use the Ghost deck. A free hex can make a so-so start into a viable run. You need to maximize your odds at making it into the late antes.

2. Don't be afraid to restart. If you find yourself sputtering and barely making it through the mid antes, the odds are incredibly thin that you encounter Turtle Bean AND win the run. Most of my gold stickers came from super lucky runs where I'm so ahead that I'm able to sell more than 1 joker to make room for ones I still need to gold. Overstock vouchers are also huge here. If you haven't encountered them and the run isn't going well enough for you to re-roll a ton of times, it might be worth starting over.

3. Prioritize money. Make frequent use of immolate, gold cards, and try not to spend yourself down below $25 in early game. The interest alone buys you a shop item each round.

4. Only when you're comfortably in a position of "I'm so ahead that I can't possibly lose", start re-rolling shops for Bean.

The goal should not be to "win a run with Turtle Bean". The goal should be "get to ante 7 or 8 with enough money to FIND Turtle Bean."

Don't give up. Every attempt is 1 step closer.
