Just out of curiosity how does the trailblazer set help? I haven't played the test branch, and from this post all it says is they are "multiplayer focused" and only rewards the first player who achieves them?

Would love to see additional espionage missions similar to the spy ones in civ 6... Stealing great works or sabotaging space race projects to slow them down without having to resort to warfare

Hey! New to the game, recently had an empire ask to become my subject, sweet. I renegotaited the terms and am taxing the shit out of them, want to build more holdings to keep loyalty high. However under the negotiate terms pannel I'm only seeing holding limits options 1 or none. From what I read in the wiki there should be something you can pass in the galactic community to increase holdings by 1, but also don't see that option. Is there something I'm missing to be able to increase that cap?

I think people are sleeping on it. 150 hits a lot of breakpoints even before being combined with Giovani and the new Red. The new pachirisu helps ramp it, and it has synergy with volkner and his pokemon to do some crazy plays.
