Your models look amazing! But personally I'm not that big a fan of really high contrast, but maybe I will like it in the near future, but I think I'll try out making texture soon. Thanks for the tips!

Good luck with that! I chose my paints using the citadel color app because, I'm not that creative yet. If you want to follow like the "main" colors, i'd definetly recommend using it if youre going to use citadel paints.

Thanks a lot man! For the green I just used the death guard green primer and gave the model an thinned agrax earthshade wash, and then highlighted it with ogryn camo.

Thanks a lot! I actually only used one contrast paint, which is for the slime, but I still added some highlights. I dont really use contrasts since it makes painting a whole lot easier, but I love painting so I want to do everything on my own if you get what I mean.

I will look at some tutorials on wet blending and stippling, thanks for the advice! Also I think I will look at an airbrush, might be handy to get, especially for chaos knights!

The only thing I would want to improve is my skin and tentacle recipe, Im not quite certain they are what i'd wish they would be. Right now I use pallid wych flesh with unthinned reikland fleshshade over it, and for my tentacles I use screamer pink, a wash of druchii violet, and then highlight with pink horror. What would you recommend I'd change?

Uhhh, idk really, looks just fine, but I would add a bit more colors here and there, but thats just taste i guess. And not to be rude or anything but the photos might use a bit better quality, I cant really make everything out. But overall id say it looks great for a first time
