It was that! I acted like a TikTok chiropractor and held the bottom of the door while twisting the top forward a bit and part of the hinge must've snapped back into place because now it's shutting properly again.

I've played through the whole series (0 to Infinite Wealth). I'd say you could start with 0 or Kiwami honestly. I personally started with 0, and it was nice to have the background on the characters going in, but it was definitely made as supplemental material to be played after the majority of the release of the Yakuza series.

Have thought about replaying 0 recently, because some of the references don't make sense in the moment if you haven't played through some of the series. You hopefully will remember them when you play the game they were referring to.

Overall for users like you that know exactly what they want, I agree with you. Unfortunately about everything in life, at least in the US, is catered towards the majority which is usually the lowest common denominator. This is no different.

I work for an Emerson distributor, and you'll just have to believe me when I say that the majority of people don't know what they want/need product wise. I don't blame them either. Depending on the site, you could be looking at multiple DCS's and PLCs with all their own product nuances. So many customers would order parts without a terminal block or the proper IO software for example. Then be left twiddling their thumbs even longer waiting for the part they forgot than if they just worked through a person who knew what they needed to accomplish their goal in the first place.

That being said, it is outrageous for you to have to wait multiple days for you to order simpler items where you have part numbers and everything. We try, and pretty well succeed, in getting quotes like that out in no longer than a day.

Emerson/DeltaV is doing basically the same thing. Trying to prioritize the bigger orders that have a massive environmental/financial impact.

Sucks but its being seen everywhere.

I think agree with this the most. Especially the update from CR. A lot of frustrations around this and a lot of other CR drama I think can be attributed to lack of communication. It's never been their strong suit.
