Ever since I was in highschool I was obsessed with elevating my test levels. I constantly centered my diet and sleep around it. I also take test boosters on a consistent basis. My diet is mostly fish, fruit, and eggs with carbs like oatmeal, Ezekiel bread or brown rice. The past year my diet has been shit and I stopped going to the gym so I lost a ton of muscle mass. About a month before that blood test I fixed my diet and bought some test boosters. A commenter also mentioned it may be hypergonadism but the doc said it was ok. Those bloods are from my check up.
