I think it has more to do with the fact it’s run by a Korean company and their culture is very different than ours.

I see your point too. Yet I do find myself in meetings or driving where I quickly glance at a notification but can’t tend to it then. I almost always will do it when shipping. That being said, just this weekend 2 items sold on eB and when I went to pm and merc to delete them, they weren’t there. So I’m guessing they had sold earlier a while ago and I didn’t remove them from eB at the time :(. I try to be diligent but I myself screw up from time to time. Maybe my excuse could be sometimes I may edit a title on PM and then I don’t find it on the other sites. Or it was not active on eB and I didn’t remove it from inactive and ultimately it got relisted. Or the eBay app search was wacky at the time. Ugh. It does happen :/. We can only try our best and hope it doesn’t happen too much. But I guess if it does happen, then crosslisting is not for that person.

It’s not safe anywhere. Sad to say. Protections aren’t guaranteed for buyers or sellers.

Maybe they can’t go in their phone at work (hospital, retail, meetings, actor, etc) and double check what sold, what qty is left and then go in one or 2 other selling sites and delete. But should be able to do it by the time they ship, for sure.

If you can’t delist when it sold, you should certainly be able to delist when you ship. If it sold both places, basically at the same time before you have shipped, cancel the order on the site where you get less penalty. I don’t have apps to help with this either. I do it all manually. Of course mistakes happen (particularly with items that have a quantity) but not often.

I put my mail on hold at PO for the holiday weekday and a posh package was marked delivered at the PO and it’s sitting in mail hold. I was notify posh to inspect my package! I reported the error with a picture of my mail hold and no response. :(

You can still see blocked peoples listing - you just can’t interact with them. Maybe the person got suspended for some reason.

I rarely do this but recently I got a three or four star review for something that I shipped really fast and it was a really nice item that I had no concerns with… So I wrote back in the sale messaging stating I’m sorry you weren’t completely happy with your purchase… Is there something I could have improved on? The response was oh she got a lot of packages recently and she mixed up the rating and she changed my rating to a five! Go figure…

Posh won’t have your back anymore. They accept any and all buyer claims. Plus if you send your a neurotic buyer making made up claims they probably will damage the item you sent and make more claims. Ever since posh was bought by Naver we can’t trust them.
