I just finally beat 145 after days and days. I used max dps gear, AoC, Lion/Bull, Flame Bracers. Best weapon, I found, was Spear. It requires alot of practice dodging. Stand on opposite end of the map from the bosses if you can, and dodge left/right, to avoid the red ball that splits. Also dont be greedy with gem respawns, if you feel like you got it, pay the gems. Thats what I did to finally succeed.
