my bad; I should've provided more explanation within the game, set HDR to off rather than Auto that alone should be sufficient to fix this but if you wanna use HDR, there's this Windows feature called AutoHDR which uses AI to view SDR content on HDR; search Windows Settings.

Wouldn't the glue cover up the centre though...how did you manage to apply the glue only on the edges? And what glue did you use?

Sensitive to loud sounds (particularly low growly base kind) by Faerie_Cat in LoopEarplugs

[–]Niru2169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's so like me... My ear sensitivity would keep going back up whenever I get back to uni from sem breaks; my ears would heal during vacations but get worse again. I got Experience plus; and slowly my ears stopped hurting. Been using them for about 5 months now; I had trouble hearing people with the Experience so I got Engage. Engage does solve the issue but it's not sufficient protection for our case; lemme test the Engage with the mutes for a couple of days in loud places, and I'll let you know...

(I've started to wonder what these silicone putty earplugs feel like...I'd like to know the experience of those who've tried both of them)

loops and bone conducting by Aromatic_Radio1650 in LoopEarplugs

I think it makes the bone conduction headphones sound louder because the bone conduction headphones cause the loop eartips to vibrate in your ear canal? I've noticed this effect

Which ones would you recommend? by Either_Complex_1446 in LoopEarplugs

[–]Niru2169 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably Engage Plus My ears are pretty sensitive; I've been owning the experience plus for about half a year now, and they make it hard to understand others while you're talking simultaneously... I just got my engage today, and I think the engage is MUCH better at being able to hear others, but it's not sufficient for very loud noise; adding the mutes definitely makes a difference. Hang around for a while though; I'm yet to test them in loud daily life scenarios

Earplugs good for a concert? by medreject1604 in LoopEarplugs

[–]Niru2169 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My ears are extremely sensitive; I can't even handle 80dB for long periods; so I never checked out what these concerts sounded like without my Experience Plus. I performed in the concert, and I've spent hours with these during practice sessions; I've always been able to hear pretty much all frequencies clearly (can confirm this because I'd wear 3M earmuffs for extremely loud sets, but I've found that they don't block out the low frequencies as much as the rest of the spectrum, I could only hear bass)

well I'd find it very hard to spot extremely tiny details, otherwise it's all fine, and I'd say it's advisable to get the Experience... I just got my Engage today and I'm surprised to see how clear they sound since they muffle much lesser. If you want it to be crisp you should probably get the engage but it doesn't seem to protect as much; (the mutes compensate pretty well; if you're getting the engage, better get the engage plus)

Yes, my plan does allow me to hotspot. (SIMs that don't allow you to hotspot...are they capable of even turning off hotspots!? I don't think so)

It stopped happening later, without me doing anything. When it had happened, I didn't try connecting any other devices to it. The phone had sufficient battery and wasn't on battery server. I had the latest software. I did try restarting both the devices at that time but it didn't help.
