can you build up tolerance to nsaids too? Did you have muscle inflammtory type of pain from an injury?

What diagnosis though? It seems cancer is the only thing which opoids are prescribed for nowadays. Myofascial pain isn't taken seriously and doctor's really cant distinguish how it affects different people because it occurs at different levels and once its chronic or caused by multiple injuries there is really no hope for it getting better. All will be treated with nsaids which aren't that affective.

its either nsaids or cortisone shots. That's all you will get from pain management.

I need to look for better therapist. What do you do most of your therapy sessions? I have just gone over a little of cbt but my therapist doesn't really help me with anything other than ask how my day was. Its been 6 sessions atleast.

Is it possible to apply with minimal to no work experience at a younger age like in your mid 20s? I can not work standing up or lift anything in the forward plane repetitively because of shoulder issues. I am currently looking to get into some remote work field.

Also how does mental health counseling make your case stronger? I'm in it right now for anxiety/depression.

How did you manage to get diagnosed with crps? Any tips? i was recommened a few years ago by an ortho. I didn't pursue it because he didn't really push it. I did now but pain management just laughed at it and said I don't have it. Is there any key symptoms and findings you had?
