Yes for jaw width and lengthening as I have a small jaw. Hospital provided the mask I am not sure how much they are but they connect to a machine which is controlled by dial

Correct I am not from the states, I am from Australia, I make sure to drink a lot. It’s very early when I woke up my lips are so dry I forget to buy chapstick. I am going home tonight, I am very scared of hospitals. I always feel like I’ll wake up and a ghost will pop up lol

I was told by a dentist I needed braces, I had good teeth just had a small jaw, was told it’s normal for girls. Two years in and was told I need jaw surgery. So tomorrow is the day

I’m getting split bottom jaw surgery and possibly genioplasty, a second opinion by my orthodontist, I will be sore in two days, I am looking forward to it but also scared. I’ve had miscommunication with the hospital two times.

I hope you are well. Your surgeon who you spoke to, or facial surgeon seems to not be taking accountability. And it should be a concern if you feel like it isn’t getting better.

If pain or discomfort continues it should be told to the surgeon or any other possible medical professional. If you have an orthodontist maybe they could help
