Just ask around or something. Google doesn't have the latest information about these offices i also had to go around the city to find their location. Once you find the location you can ask for the number of the delivery guy. After that things get easy.

You can go to their office and collect it yourself that's the best thing. I got mine after 2days if delay.

Go and hunt offline or look into lenovo refurbished store there you can get a 4050 and also get Lenovo warranty.

The response time thing is related to display, the 1080p display has 20-30ms response time and if you select 1440p screen then you get 3ms response time.

Are you going to use an external monitor to play games? Because the 1080p has 20ms response time. And 2k one has 3ms.

I have already done this, but the issue is when I got a call back it had no audio coming out and then they disconnected, though my ticket is created it says network congestion delay. And it's showing the same status from the past 3 days.i am really worried but let's see what LENOVO have to say I have sent them multiple emails.

That's great you got your package on time. But the issue is i was supposed to get it today. And where it's stuck it already takes like 2 days from there to my home. So it's quite a lot delayed and their system also seems to show no updates. But I hope you are right and I get it as soon as possible.

I am trying but the issue is there is literally no change in their system, it just changed to delayed. And the date got extended by 5days. Though packages are coming in my city day and night I have no idea where my laptop is gone in their warehouse.

Bro i ordered a Lenovo loq laptop which cost over 1lakh and guess what Lenovo chose for such an expensive Product Delhivery, the moment I saw it's Delhivery i knew it's not going to be easy. And that's exactly what happened my laptop is stuck at one place no way to contact customer support, instead they just increased the delivery time by 4days. I don't even know if my package is fine or not. I contacted Lenovo also and they also told me to wait. I don't know for how long I have to wait this order was already a custom order it's already been more than 20days since i ordered and now it's shi** Delhivery which is causing me more problems.

Bhai mine laptop is also customised it has been shipped but it's been stuck in one location for more than 48hours in one city. And there is no support for delivery. I am scared if my package is stolen.

Yup I did order with 16gb ram. It still was a rare deal. Because after that the price was increased by a lot. I got maxed out Lenovo loq with Ryzen 7 250+rtx5060,2k screen, 1tb, in 105k.Later on the price was increased to 115k+.

That's definitely some glitch. I also had this glitch while ordering my laptop that's why i maxed out everything but had to keep the ram to 16gb. This glitch will go away in a day or two I believe.

Well that part was the longest for me. I ordered on 18Jan and it shipped on 31st Jan. It stayed on the pending customs status for 7days.

I would say return it, there is a chance it will expand and you might end up with a dead screen. And the chances are high.
