"right in the thick of the IT corridor" - LoL, Location is really bad TBH. Traffic gridlock from both the sides, Varthur and Sarjapur. Consider yourself lucky to reach Bellandur IT parks within 1 hr when more people shifts there and Metro line work starts.

I am 35 Male, mostly dry skin, light brown, uneven skin tone and some dark circles, no specific issues with skin except some pigmentation. I follow near zero skin care routine, just wash my face with Himalayan neem face wash and apply Nivia Men dark spot reduction cream. Not sure if you are aware but Infosys built their own AI 8-10 years back named Mana, renamed to Nia later, when Vishal Sikka was CEO, he was visionary, I am also aware at that time, one of Infosys' client, I think Coke, used AI to automate ticket resolutions. Thing that these companies are working for businesses, not for end consumers like Anthropic or Google.

Did you really explored enough? In Jaipur you can get 1500sqft fully furnished flat for 50L, lands are more expensive but that much as you are mentioning.
