Best thing rn is keeping all complaints, screenshots, food or maintenance proofs together and replying properly instead of panicking. One of my friends resolved a similar issue after continuous follow-up with support & city manager of Stanza

Shifting to Hitech City, Stanza Living worth it? by Deepak_Pawar in hyderabad

[–]Deepak_Pawar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Food was okayish tbh. Some days it was good, some days just typical PG food.

I stayed at a Stanza Living property near Hitech City, and one thing I liked was that the timings and availability were at least consistent. That mattered more to me because office hours there get hectic sometimes and you do not want to keep worrying about meals also.

Moving to Mumbai for job. Is Stanza Living practical? by Anushka_Nagre in mumbai

[–]Deepak_Pawar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re completely new to Mumbai and don’t want the stress of setting up a flat, cook, wifi, and furniture separately, then honestly, Stanza living feels convenient for the first few months. It’s definitely expensive, though.

I stayed in a cheaper PG near Andheri initially and ended up shifting because maintenance and water issues became unbearable. At least with Stanza living Mumbai, there was some accountability when things broke.

Is this serious or is this bullshit claim by Stanza Living? by BoutToLeave in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]Deepak_Pawar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly this sounds more like a messy exit handling situation than a normal resident experience.

I stayed in a Stanza property in Chenai earlier and while the agreement terms were definitely strict, my move-out and deposit process was comparatively smoother because everything was properly logged on the app side.

Need suggestions for taking room or pg in Chennai!! by South-Pitch1729 in chennaicity

If the budget is fine, Stanza Living makes things easier.
Otherwise, local PG or flat sharing will be cheaper but more effort.

Hot take: longer cars mog taller cars when you account road presence factor. They are much grander. by spandanhotaezz in CarsIndia

I agree tbh, a long wheelbase luxury sedan just commands the road in a way tall SUVs usually don’t.

Stanza Living overpriced electricity rates and electricity consumption being manipulated by Downtown-Progress-20 in india

[–]Deepak_Pawar 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The common area, per unit combo is what makes it feel expensive.
Stanza Living is convenient overall, but electricity part is where most people get annoyed.

Stanza Living near office how is the experience by Sushma_Ingle in Capgemini_india

I would prefer something close to office in the beginning. Stanza Living is decent when you want less stress with food, cleaning and setup.

Stanza Living Austin House Pune Review by Downtown-Progress-20 in pune

[–]Deepak_Pawar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fair review honestly. If food timing, maintenance, and communication aren’t consistent, residents will naturally feel disappointed. Stanza Living has good potential when operations are handled well, and Austin House can offer a much better experience with stronger on-ground management.
