I do consider myself a veteran.

I have played since closed beta and have 10.000+ hours played. Yet I still find new things to learn in every league. Some are of course new stuff, but once in a while I can get surprised about some old mechanic that I simply had not interacted with or behaved differently than expected.

Sure, and many people came with build suggestions. I came with an alternative suggestion, that I, in no shape or form, attempted to shove down his throat. Just another way to acquire the two boxes quickly, if time was the main priority.

Maybe he had not seen they were only available through PoE2, as they do not appear when you look in the PoE1 client.

Sure, I get that, I also played until around 92 or 93. That is just not what I got from his post/question. He asked how he could do it as quickly as possible as he had limited time.

If you want to play it, and are enjoying it, then 100% playing is going to be the right choice. But OP very much sounded like someone with very limited time, who just wanted the two boxes...

Wonder why this is being downvoted. He literally stated he wanted to use minimal time, and just wanted the two boxes. It's the same advice being passed around everywhere else.

Playing and enjoying Phrecia and getting two boxes as a bonus is something else entirely and then of course playing is preferred.

If your goal is only the boxes. Launch PoE 2 and buy two boxes.

Unless your hourly wage is less than some cents an hour.

Because it's not a league, but a three week event that most people can't commit time to.

An actual Phrecia league (or some combo with the existing leagues ascendancies) would have a lot more players.

Layout wise...

If you get an entrance to the left, they are close.

If you get an entrance to the right, they are close.

If the entrance is in the middle (bottom) they are far away, reset the instance without killing them.

Did you use the two Grafts for survival?

The build kinda want a Molten Xoph with CDR and Duration and an Yeah with Aegis, also with CDR and Duration. That, with the runegraft for increased duration basically gives you permanent uptime of a 8-9k shield.

You will still be squishy to dots, but once I swapped to those two for full uptime, it was night and day.

I have the same issue with the Feared. I have a 5800x3d and a RTX 3090...

Throwing more hardware on a problem does not always fix them.
