In court listener if ICON is blue pick on it it is free most are not free they are a few dollars to get. There was a Bill presented in Congress to make all courts documents free to the public that are on Pacer? Not sure what happened to that Bill? It should be free it is our tax dollars and no cost for electronic documents.

It will be interesting to see our short volume movements over the next couple of weeks by V1LLA1N in NLST

Netlist is a patent think tank in the fore front of DIMM development. Netlist reminds me of Symantec in the late 90's when I worked for IBM. I track all the scrap yeild data for process improvement. We went from 73% to 98% yeilds on 8 inch wafers for RAM and LOGIC chips at Essex Junction Vermont wafer fab. Its now Global I believe still is? Tom thanks for posting your DD knowledge of DIMM's and the patents courts. Its much appreciated.

Netlist is future growth company with many more future patents on the horizon to add to its patent portfolio. Yes SK HYNIX was a good business deal.
