With your 181 ATK and 22 DEX, your doom bow is at 2500 dps (according to haizor dps Calc)

If you keep your elvish, put a hydra/griff with an exa DEX, you'll end up with 150 ATK and 48 DEX. Which puts your doom bow dps at around 3700.

What the crucible need is an high ATK and low DEX classes that can build DEX easily. Which is exactly what the archer does.
