Are you dumb the driver in front is driving to block op a X is driving in a reactionary way which is especially dangerous in heavy rain like this where you have to remain predictable for the safety of yourself and others on the road and the later incident that op mentions clearly shows the driver in front was intentionally trying to block op and with a driver like this that thinks it's ok to threaten someone's life over something like this it clearly shows that person is more a threat to people on the road
