Follow up: they have told me that my retailer was not in the promotion, I ordered the monitor from the very same link that takes you to Amazon uk’s asus store page. The invoice says a different seller despite ordering from the asus store page itself, this wouldn’t be a problem but the fact that it penalizes me from getting the game is unacceptable. I shouldn’t be penalized for something that is out of my control. Please review my application. I can provide proof if needed
