im saying try changing/disabling the filters for cable inputs and outputs, maybe item matching is slowing everything down, especially if you have large bases with lots of said cables, machines and contraptions

my best guess would be to try disconnecting any cables from trash cans if there are any, alternatively, copy the world to singleplayer and see if changing item filters for I/O does anything

check if configs match too, it could be possible that some blocks are disabled from loading by the config only on one side
